At LUNA & me, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
